James Bell
Bell, an athletic sharpshooter, led the Eagles to a 45-11 record. He’s also the team’s top scorer (18.3 ppg as a senior) for the past two seasons. The No. 40-rated player in the ESPNU 100, Bell has signed with Villanova.
The No. 4 team on the ESPN Rise 50, Montverde enters the NHSI with only four losses, all to nationally ranked teams (Winter Park, Paterson Catholic, St. Benedicts and Mt. Lebanon). With a talented roster—five Eagles have signed with Division 1 teams—the team won the Montverde Academy Invitational Tournament and the Mosaic Stringer Shootout.
